Ingredients (Makes 4 servings)
6 cups cubed Watermelon
1 ½ cups crumbled Feta
¼ cup thinly sliced Red Onion
¼ cup Balsamic Vinaigrette (thin with water if desired)
1. Lightly toss the watermelon and feta together.
2. Top the mixture with the red onion.
3. Drizzle it with the vinaigrette.
